| We have 2 vets ... Belle's vet charges $50 per office visit, and her spay was $250. Every single time we go to her vet, we are guaranteed to always spend at least $200. My cousin goes to Banfield for her dogs, and told me about their good prices. So, when we got Ariel, we enrolled her in the Basic Puppy Plan, where we pay an up front fee of $160, and $26 a month after that for all of her shots and any office visits. Spay is included in the plan as well. If we weren't on this plan, office visits would be $35 and spaying would be $149-$160. We're planning on switching Belle to Banfield next year because of the cheaper costs. I also like how we always get the same vet (out of the 3 vets there) every time we go into Banfield. Every time we go to the vet for Belle, we always get a different one. |

| Sue, Make sure you do the pre op blood work. Its usually only an extra 30- 40 dollars. They will check to make sure things are ok inside. There are so many what ifs. If something was to be wrong and you didnt know it you could loose her when they knock her out. I always do the bloodwork. To many what ifs I know someone who didnt do the bloodwork when her dog had a dental and she died while under
