| Can some one tell me what worms look like? I am being paranoid since Diesel is having a little Diarrhea. But what to worms look like in there pooh? I am just trying to rule out everything that I can. If the Diarrhea doesnt stop by tomorrow I will be taking him in anyways. But I was just curious.

| The are usually off white in color...I think they are kinda rubbery looking. They have ridges on them. That is the best I can describe. If you doggie has worms be careful because humans can get them from their pets. Be sure to wash your hands.

| Also fragments of them could come out in their poo.

| Well, tapeworms look like broken segments - like rice. That's about all I can remember right now.

| Google and you will be able to see pictures of: Hookrooms Tapeworms Both very different looking, but cause the same distress - loose stools, blood and icky. I worm twice a year whether I find them or not. Charlie had a tapeworm and segments were in his "poop". He had just been to the vet a week before and she looked at one of his morning gifts. No worms were seen, but they appeared the following week. Definitely clean up any poopies immediately and avoid areas where it hasn't been cleaned up. Good luck - Deborah
