| I watch "Do It Yourself" network and they said to spinkle salt on the carpet and put moth balls in the vacuum cleaner. Didn't try it because we have not had a flea problem.

| thanks for all the replies. i might have to try some DIY cause i have no where to go for the time with the dogs while a bomb works. i got some spray. i have to do a really good cleaning in the kitchen. i didn't realize how the fleas "infest" i feel stupid. i've never had dogs before that stayed in the house. i had a chow but he liked it outside and would cry while he was in except at night. i just want to get rid of them now. the reason i shaved them was so i could see if they had anything crawling on them still not because i thought that would get rid of them.

| remember when you vaccume to empty it right away also i always steam clean carpets and eggs left behind can lay dormint for up to a year. keep on top of it and you can get rid of them right away.
