| I give mine just a little bit of Bryers Vanilla Ice Cream. It's 100% natural so I don't worry about it. But just a little bit every once in a while as a very, very special treat. When it comes to my little babies, I read the ingrediant's like crazy. Funny I don't read anything for human foods~ LOL~!

| I don't know if it good or bad to give it to them daily... I guess if you see loose stool that's you signal to cut back!

| I think regular ice cream is fine if you only give a small amount of it every once in a while. You don't want to give it too often because of the sugar and fat. And you don't want to give too much because of the milk in there. Dogs (and cats) are lactose intolerant and can't digest the lactose in milk, so too much can give them diarrhea or make them throw up. I haven't given Lacy any in a while, but she loves to get a "puppy scoop" when we drive through Shakes (frozen custard). The usually give her too much though. She loves it but has thrown up after she eats it if I give her too much.

| I feed mine frosty paws all the time. Bella eats about a 1/2 of one and Bridget gets her own, plus what Bella doesn't eat. Bridget, my lab, doesn't do well with dairy products so if she gets real ice cream, it's just a lick of mine. I haven't tried much with Bella but her stomach seems sturdier.

| Breyers now has a fat free vanilla. I give that to Gracie and she loves it.
