| you cannot breed a dog that small. it will most likely kill her. you should only breed yorkies that are at least 5lbs. you need to get her fixed.

| Kodak is neutuerd but Kamari will be spayed at 6mths, I don't want to wait past that. I hope someone can help you with the signs of heat as this is my first girl. Mines fight all the time and I know she's to young to be in heat right now. I have a yorkie book that I keep handy for reference to, good luck!

Do you have any Vanilla in the house, place a couple of drops on his nose, it hides the scent....or you can put a little Mentholatum on his chest...... I know you said you have no breed her this time....with her size I would strongly consider having her spayed.

| Good luck at the vet with your baby. The people who have posted before me are very experieced, and I think you should really consider taking their advice and getting her spayed. I'm sure any of them would be happy to give you input on the issue, on the dangers to your little girl, etc. They just care about you and your yorkie and want to make sure she stays safe.

| [F]Hi, It sounds like you have your hands full. If you are thinking of breeding her I would have to agree with the other post "she is too small" she would probable die because the puppies will grow to big inside her. If you are going to the Vet ask about having her spayed. Spaying will help with her mood swings too. Good Luck

| I know that with horses you can breed a full sized horse to a pony casue the mare will only allow the foal to grow to a size she can deliver. Sometimes they do get to big and the mare tares (mine did just 2 days ago). But with dogs Its different. I think you should get another opinion. Even with a c-section you are taking risk of loosing you mom and pups. With that in mind I hope you would reconcider breeding her later on down the road. At 10 months she really isn't going to grow much more!
