| WOW!!! What a day u had.... Im so glad to hear someone else stand up for there dog. I know for sure I made lots of enemies at banfield when I used to go there, they are just rude and stupid there. I was always loud and nasty with them. But you got Her home and all is well, thank goodness!! Bless her little heart, give her lots of kisses and hugs, and glad your feeling better after you blew your top! |

| OMG poor Susie! I'm proud of you how you handled the situation. I wouldn't stay that cool and professional! The idea of STAPLING the $20 note made me clap in agreement... How is poor little Tink doing? I hope she has no pain and recovers really fast. Maybe she as a rescue dog 'rescued' now many other customers from this awfull impossible lady?!?! |

| Sorry you had such a bad experience but it doesn't sound like they treated Tink badly, just YOU. To wear the collar or not to wear, that is the question!! I think alot of it depends on Tink and if she is bothering her stitches. Kallie was stitched from the inside and glued too!!! I did not wear a collar on her but she did lick a lot but I watched her closely. She did manage to lick enough to make a tiny little opening which I rushed back to the vet when I discovered it, but She is great and no scar whatsoever!!! Tink will be fine, but will YOU??? Glad you don't have to do that again. I think I would let the Rescue group know that the place they use, do not treat their rescue clients very well.

| I'm glad to hear Tink is doing well - not so glad to hear about your treatment at the vet! I live in WI too and I really like my vet - it can be so hard to find one sometimes! |
