| Ordering Frontline from PetCareRx I was thinking about ordering Frontline from PetCareRx.com, it costs $35.99 for a 3 month shipment. They also offer free shipping on orders over $35. I just wanted to know if anyone else has ordered from this website and if the meds are the real thing, not generic. |

| I have not ordered from them but just got the 3-month package from my vet for $36. You might shop around locally some.

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | just wanted to let you know something not many people know when ordering meds online. Alot of companies WILL NOT pay or reimburse you if the product should fail to work. So if you put the frontline on and your dog still gets fleas which results in vet bills and more medication, the frontline company will not reimburse you because you did not purchase this product from your vet. I'm not sure if this goes for frontline anymore because petstores are starting to sell it, but this definately goes for all heartworm medications and any other prescription medication you purchase online.

| What we were saying is that the products that are sold anywhere other than at a vet office are not guaranteed by the producer. Basically, if you get a bad batch of frontline that either doesn't work because it sat too long at a packing facilty or if the product hurts your pet and costs you tons of vet bills to get your pet back up to health the producer (frontline etc) won't back the product. It's not necessarily going to be a generic brand or crappy item but if there does happen to be a problem you can't get help.

| I didn't know that. I just ordered some from Petedge.com. I guess I won't do that any more. It doesn't appear to be that much of a savings anyway. If you have more than one yorkie, you can split one dose between them, the same with the heartworm meds. |
