What we were saying is that the products that are sold anywhere other than at a vet office are not guaranteed by the producer. Basically, if you get a bad batch of frontline that either doesn't work because it sat too long at a packing facilty or if the product hurts your pet and costs you tons of vet bills to get your pet back up to health the producer (frontline etc) won't back the product. It's not necessarily going to be a generic brand or crappy item but if there does happen to be a problem you can't get help.
