| Nope, I got them at Petco yesterday after I finished volunteering w/ Jordan. They just built a new Petco in Ranson near where I live. I prefer Petsmart but they are atleast half an hour away from me.

Bully sticks are usually listed as at least 80% digestible beef protein.

YES- I have been having a lot of trouble with my older pup since using bully sticks- she has had chronic diarrhea and I have decided - no more bully sticks in this house- they sure do love them and it helps for rainy days too but the money I have spent at the vet and all of her discomfort - well - that is all I can link it to. I would say not to use them daily. | |

| What size is the best for them? I am looking at a bulk bag of the 3" pieces but am wondering if they are to small? My Cody is 15# and my Izzy is 3.1 lbs. Any suggestions? Izzy almost choked on a liver treat yesterday

| Does anyone ever stop to "think" about what they must spray on those bully sticks to entice the dog to eat them with gusto, or all the perservities that has to go on them to keep them from rotting? I don't understand why anyone would want to feed their dogs these nasty things. The femur bone is from the beef, and sold as soup bones. They are round bones cut anywhere from 1 inch to a couple inches thick. A butcher at any butcher shop will cut them if they don't have them out. Most grocery stores carry them or if you don't see them then ask the butcher to cut some for you. Some grocrey store don't cut these meats any more due to accidents. Just keep looking. When I buy them, I stock up and freeze. |
