| I just started Bella on raw. I know it sounds gross...but really it's not. I just wash her face when she is done eating and I'm done with it. I feed the prey model or raw meaty bones. I posted on another thread about it ...here is the link for those interested http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/r...guid=297957154 You never know what you are getting with dog food. Bella LOVES it. You should see her dig into a chicken thigh...bone and all. I know you are thinking ecoli and splinters. But dogs can actually handle germs we can't (hence being able to lick their butts and eat the lovely cat poo without getting sick) and only cooked chicken bones splinter. Bella crunches them with no problem. It takes a little transition..but worth it!
