Lex used to love any and every thing I was cooking. I only gave him very lean pieces of meat that were grilled or veggies. It's funny how he would sit and watch me chop things praying in his doggie way for something to drop as I prepared dinner for my kids. The little pig in him was smart enough to follow my two year old around all the time. Nothing like little children to share food whether it was accidentally or on purpose...lol.

This is my boy!!! He doesn't beg..........but will sit still (like a statue) and wait until something falls to the floor

Muffin does the same thing! It's like she thinks if she stares at something long enough & hard enough, she can "will" it to fall on the floor. She looks like she's trying to hypnotize someone.

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Morgan Simon is much the same, he can eat and eat and eat and still stays very slim. Hallie spends quite a bit of time on a diet b/c she's a little chunky.

Morgan is as thin as a rail. she's only 3.4lbs. you'd think i starve her the way she eats when she gets a chance. right now she's sitting at teh top of the steps whining because she knows my dad is upstairs eating a sandwich. oh my little piggy. She just had dinner and some cheerios and now she wants soup and a sandwich too LOL next she's gonna want my cottage cheese and tea, or some of her merrick dessert food (which she had a spoonful of earlier for a snack) piggy piggy piggy

all three of my little dogs sit by the stove every night when i cook and just give me the saddest little puppy eyes begging for a nibble. we had ribs the other night and they were such good puppies ( no accidents that day) that i boiled the rib bones for thirty minutes and took off all the fat and gristle- just the bones were left and they had a ball!!! i made smothered cabbage tonight ( my hubby and kids turned up their noses so i had to eat it all ) and all three doggies begged and begged for some cabbage so i gave them some and they absolutely loved it. Harley and Whiskey love to eat baked fish esp. salmon. they also like to eat yogurt cranberries and other dried fruit like apples and bananas. they also love canned spinach....i pick on my hubby and daughters all the time telling them it's a shame that the dogs eat more veggies than they do!!! they love cottage cheese a little too much....they will eat all the cheese off their food and just leave the kibble in the bowls and looka t me like i'm starving them to pieces if they don't get more cottage cheese.....little stinkers!!! i feed them chicken soup with missing link when they aren't raiding my veggie bin!!!

I'm kind of worried about him because he eats like a little pig. I got him at 9 1/2 mths old because the breeder said he was to small for the showring. He weighed 3 lbs 14 oz and now at 11 mths he is up to 5.4 lbs. He has a tiny little frame at (8" x 8"). He is the only dog I have that isn't picky. He scarfs down his food so fast that he burps (eww, sometimes even wet burps). I think I'm going to have to put him on a diet. My puppy food is almost gone and then I will switch to adult food. Maybe that will slow him down a little.

Teddy is the same way. Even after he has eaten he still begs for food. He tries to dig in the garbage looking for food and my mom is always like he's starving and I'm like no he's not because I just fed him. He eats like 3 times a day plus treats but he still acts hungry. I guess they just burn it off by being so energetic.

Chibi is always hungry too! But he is only 7 months old, so that's probably why! But what disturbs me is that when we take walks he trys to eat everything! The little guy even trys to eat rocks!!! But we take the rubbish out of his mouth, so don't worry! The vet says we should feed him more, so now he eats 2x 3/4 cups a day! He still looks hungry, still trys some "tasty" leaves when he takes a walk, begs for people food, and trys to eat paper!

we try to never feed him people food though.. he's just ready when we are eating

Hahaha I love that. AprilLove is so fast, she knows something is dropped BEFORE you even drop it. And she can come from another room faster than you can bend over to grab it, no matter what it is!!!!

i'm eating ice cream right and morgan is sitting in front of me doing all her tricks just hoping i'll give her some. Not gonna happen! LOL
