| Lexus is on chicken soup and she gobbles it up - I just can't put the missing link in it or she won't touch it. We've learned to since give her a tablespoon of cottage cheese a day (separate from her food - we call it a treat and she runs for it) with 1/2 a teaspoon of missing link in it. Then she eats its!

| my yorkie just wont eat canidae-- ive been trying for 2 days-- if he gets hungry enough he will eat-- i feel bad but its for his own good. my sheltie and pom is eating it just fine- they were on purina-pro plan but ive been reading more about foods and i want them on something GOOD for them. my yorkie is 4lbs. i mix it with canned food and he licks it and drops the nibblet on the floor-- im gonna have to get him to eat the dry by itself-- any advice?? |

| Cesar's a no-no..? Hello all, I've read in other forums that Cesars is a definate no-no. However, sometimes that is the only way i can get my 5mo old pup to eat. He eats a quarter of a tin in the morning mixed with brown rice or crushed NutriScience, and eats the same thing at night. Most of the time he refuses to eat the NutriScience on its own. I havent read much about NutriScience products, so can anyone give me the downlow on it? I wasn't at all concerned about his diet until I came across posts insisting that feeding him Cesars isn't good for his health. However other times I feed him some ground beef cooked in olive oil and drained with some brown rice and a chopped up carrots. I try to sneak in some NutriScience as well. After knowing now that there is much debate over store bought dog foods, I might want to rely more on homecooking when I have the time. Anyone have any recipes? |
