| Im curious why the rabies shot is so hard on yorkies or is it all dogs? My baby will be 13 wks tomorrow is 4 months whne he needs rabies or 6months? Plz help I want to make sure I know because vets tend to tell you anything sometimes! Thanks |

| Our breeder told us to be very wary of vets. Due to the small size and delicate nature of Yorkies, as someone else said, they give the same dose to a 5 or 100 pound dog. Baby children are not dosed this way. I thought better safe than sorry. He also warned NEVER let them put a Yorkie asleep with a shot, they need to be gassed (for surgery or such).
