Just remember you'll have to was that lil face daily and rapply. It's a bit of a pain in the butt, but worth it. In the beginning I use to do the eye trimming thing. I was told by my vet that the growing back of the hair pokes them in the eye and can cause eye scratching and infection. And since I show dogs every bit of facial furnishing is precious.

Great! I'm glad it's working. I just saw Gracie's BD on your post......she's a baby....of course you're going to have that puppy hair going every which way. My Tahlulah was born March 30th and I'm still training that pesky puppy hair and probably will be for awhile longer.

What kind of gel does everyone use? I love for Mojo to have a beard and the longer hair on his face (well, all over...unless we do the puppy cut).....I check his eyes all during the day to get the hair out of it. I have never used gel on my hair, so what works best and is good......even the doggie kind to?!

After reading these posts I justed trimmed Louie's cause it was driving me and him caaaaraaazy! Looks great and he looks a lot more comfortable....he used to keep swiping his face with his paw....awww
