| VPI Pet Insurance Good Morning. I've done some research here on VPI. Daisy just turned 1 a week ago and she is healthy. She has luxating patella but it's not bad, but i do know if she needs surgery it's pretty costly. So i'm thinking of getting the VPI for her, just in case, it's always good to have just in case. But if she did need to get the surgery, has anyone submitted for that and how was the outcome? Thanks

| That's what i figured. I guess $31/month isnt bad to have it just in case of an emergency or something.

The whole thing is like a gamble, really. Your dog could have an accident, and if you are uncovered, it would cost you alot. But, s/he may not, in which case you may regret the money you paid for the insurance. I am answering more than you asked, but thought I would share since we bought the damned thing.

| I have VPI for Diamond. I got her for here just about two months ago. I rather have it than not in my opinion, just incase anything were to happen. Plus she is scheduled to get spayed in August so hopefully, that will cover it!

| Daisy was spayed already, but i figure i can afford $31/month in case of an accident. It covers heartworm/flea meds as well, so alittle savings can help anywhere. |
