Lately, my little one has been very lethargic and throughing up once a day. Nothing has changed in her diet. She is very energetic when we go for walks and play inside house. Should I be concerned of the vomitting?

I would call my vet. Since she is lethargic and throwing up it needs to be checked out. If nothing else you will feel better knowing the vet saw her. Good luck

I would be very concerned and would call a vet as soon as possible. and if you have some nutri-cal handy give her some of that. Make sure she has lots of water nearby and make sure she's getting adequate rest. If you don't have any nutri-cal. Honey will work or Karo syrup. Let us know how everything works out.
