| I guess the bigger question is, why do you want to feed them potatoes?

| My gang would probably starve to death if I only fed them dry food. I wish they would but they don't so I feed Merricks wet on their dry food. I know some members mix in cottage cheese with their dry food.

| Soy milk is not a good idea at all. Soy is not good for dogs. If you want, get some goats milk or a lactose free milk. It is the lack of the lactase digestive enzyme that most dogs cannot tolerate cows milk. Can't remember why not soy, I'll have to go back and check it out. |

| I agree that Lactose-Free milk would be a good thing to use for your dog. You can buy a quart - and with as little as your dog would use or drink, it would last a long time. (It's in the dairy section at the store with the regular milk.) Personally - I don't like the taste of Soy milk - but Lactose-Free milk is something that you can use as well as your dog... my granddaughter uses it for her cereal all the time - and I have cooked with it often. Many people who can't tolerate dairy products/milk - drink this regularly. Good luck! Carol Jean |
