| you really shouldn't feel bad!!! i know you do because it's your baby and you want to do everything you can for it. But more than likely it's not a life threatening situation unless it was an infection that could spread to the rest of the body. Since it's a bone they do heal on their own. If a person breaks a finger or a toe they usually just let it heal on their own because the bone grows new tissues and fuses back together anyway. If she is walking fine on it then it's probably not too bad!!!! i'm not a doctor but i am studying to become an occupational therapist so don't take my word as professional or anything but i would have to do the same thing as you are!!!! good luck with everything and keep us posted!!!!
