![]() I feed Charley & Meldoy on Burns dry food it is approved by the BUAV so is not tested on animals. I noticed a couple of you feed Royal canin Charley was on this when I first got him but changed to Burns due to their animal testing. Iam's is one of the worst companies for animal testing please see the link and weep ![]() ![]() ![]() http://www.iamscruelty.com/ Sharon,Charley & Melody xx

![]() I finally found a dry food that Gucci will eat, Nutro Lamb and Rice kibbles, I tried the Innova evo she liked it for awhile but then i read the posts about the high protein level so I weaned her off. She eats the nutro daily , at night I give her some chicken mixed with rice and carrots, I alternate sometimes with a little wet food. I do give her treats twice a day or more. she is spoiled... I give her boars head honey roasted turkey as a treat on occassion she loves it. Banana and cottage cheese.. Hope this helps.. Gina

![]() I have tried Innova Evo for the last three days. He likes it but for some reason he doesn't chew it. He just swallows the kibbles. He used to chew his Eukanuba. I have felt the kibble and they are much harder than the Eukanuba so I tend to mix it some water...but no luck! My boy has a very sensitive tummy and is a picky eater...any suggestions (dry food only)?

![]() The breeder we got 12 week old Brie from gives all her dogs, adult and puppy, Royal Canin, which comes in different varieties. She lets the puppies eat as they please and that is what we have done for Brie, who has been with us 3 days so far. Reviewing the ingredients it seems to be pretty good and we just give it to her dry. The first couple of days home she did not each much but today was a real chowhound. Royal Canin makes a variety specifically for Yorkies.

![]() Bogey and Gabe get a mixture of dry Merrick's Puppy Plate, Merrick's Grammy's Pot Pie and Canidae for breakfast and lunch. The dry food is kept down and refreshed all day and evening. For dinner they get some sort of Merrick's wet food - Puppy Plate or Grammy's Pot Pie along with rice I have cooked for them. The rice is cooked in equal parts of water and fat free chicken broth. They occasionally get a couple of pieces of fat free popcorn and sometimes a few bits of American cheese. For treats they get Recipe treats broken in half.

![]() Our Cleo & Ceasar, now both 16 months old eat NATURAL BALANCE Organic Formula Kibbles mixed with a teaspoon of Natural Balance wet/canned food, their favorite is the Duck & Potato , twice a day...at 7:00 am and at 7:00 pm. And now we are giving them Grizzly Bear Salmon Oil. We've been having a probem with Cleo, our girl, she has a very cottony coat, and they are breaking everytime I would brush her even with leave-in conditioner. So somene from here suggested I try Grizzly. So hopefully this would work for her. They both love the flavor. So my husband and I are keeping our fingers crossed... ![]()

chicken, duck, pork, barley, oats, soy, eggs, milk, and peas. we feed him and he's sister lola, miniature schnauzer, natural balance venison and brown rice. they eat the dry food. i was trying to spoil them with mixing it with wet food same kind but noticed that it was giving him gas. no wet food- no gas- and luckily no diarrhea so far. for snacks, pro-treat beef liver cubes, pro plan adult beef biscuits, petsmart shark cartilage biscuits and a daily dose of ester c vitamin to boost their immune system. hope this helps. | |

| ![]() I just read the link to boycotting IAMS, YUCK. I always knew that Iams food was no good for my dogs, hence, I never fed them any, THANK GOD!!! From now on, I will let all my friends and fellow pet lovers know about this awful company in hopes that they will boycott them too. My babies in Canada eat Eukanuba and the one here with me eats Science Diet. I don't see any of you eating Science Diet? Is it because it's no good?

![]() I would recommend for dry food or wet food to go with either Canidae or Innova. I currently feed mine Innova EVO which are smaller bites that the regular Innova Puppy. My dogs wouldn't eat it at first, so I wet it with water and sprinkled a little bit of cheese and they took it fine. I don't feed Iams, Eukanuba, Science Diet and all those commercial products only because well Iams/Eukanuba is definately a no-no for their cruel animal testing.. and the other products i wouldn't feed because all the fillers and junk in it. if you want to read more on food and picking the right one for you.. visit my friends website, you can ask her any question you'd like. www.mordanna.com/dogfood and if you'd like to find where Innova can be purchased near you visit: www.naturapet.com

![]() I feed Merrick's puppy plate, after trying so many foods, a pickey eater, loves the dry. I find tummy sensitive to the wet. I do give a Gerber's chicken stick as a trick but just a half of one every three days. Also loves the lamb lung as a chew treat. They sound disgusting but look alright. The local shelter appreciates all the rejects. I only give rice and boiled chicken when upset stomach.
