| Dumb Question? To make your rice extra yummy use half the amount of water required and use low fat or fat free chicken broth for the other half of the liquid. I make about 1 1/2 cups of dry rice at a time which yields @ 3 cups cooked. It fits perfectly into an 8 ounce Cool Whip container for storage in the refrigerator. Sometimes when I reheat the rice in the microwave I pour a little leftover chicken broth on the rice as a treat. Bogey and Gabe lap it up !!!!!! |
