| Has anyone else experienced this? I was trimming the hair around her eyes due to allergies & tear stains when I noticed dark pigmentation that wasn’t there before on her right eye. It’s not a bump or raised, it’s just there. I asked on PetCoach & they said it was common pigment changes as dogs age. Has this happened with any of your babies? Or do theirs already look like this? It had me extremely worried. She seems to be having no problems other than allergies but I’ll most definitely be bringing this up on her yearly check up soon. |

| Google images has a batch of similar pictures you could visit the corresponding pages on and see what, if anything, it means. I searched something like 'pigmentation in whites dogs eyes' and got a bunch. Tibbe gets pigmentation spots on and around his eyes, on his tummy and even has one on the top of his noggin as he ages but can't see anything like this in his actual sclera. Hope it's nothing.

| Well, then, yes, if the pigmentation is on the eyelid, Tibbe developed some pigmentation below one of his eyes but then he has it other places. Started when he was about 7 or 8 years old.
