Everything in Moderation imo. If you're healthy doing what you're doing why switch?

I feel they do this for a period of time, for so many different supplements.... "Everyone, you MUST TAKE VITAMIN A, its the best thing for you ever!!! A few months later, DON'T TAKE VITAMIN A it kills you!" Looking back in time, they have done this for so many different things over and over, it's hilarious.

Like washing rice....I read one article where the writer said not to wash @ all bc it will wash away all the vitamins.
Another 'Dr.' said to leave it in water overnight to remove all the arsenic in the rice.
Which is right?! Which is wrong?! LOL Nevermind, I'm washing my rice 3 x's & leaving in water for couple hrs b4 I cook it.

Pfft. My husband would say hush your mouth for such blasphemy. Personally, rice is a pita to make and I hated it before marrying rice nut, and still hate it. Minute rice sounds AWESOME.

Two things, lol. I would never accuse any one of being a rice nut- except for my husband, who puts away 6 cups sometimes at a sitting. Secondly I miss potatoes.

I don't really eat that much of it but I love rice mixed with chicken and peas and carrots especially if my stomach is upset. I love my potatoes too
