| ![]() So I have noticed my little girls legs are sort of bow legged? shes ALWAYS had really long hair so i never noticed until the other day after a bath she ran away from me when i was trying to blow dry her on the floor and i could see the outline of her back legs. shes a little back-end heavy (not by much) she has actually lost weight after i guess being on a bad previous diet when we got her she was just over 6lbs, now she is under 5. (but healthy she has gone to the vet numerous of times and they said she is now healthier being at this weight since she is a smaller yorkie) any way.... she has always been SUPER lazy. she doesn't want to do anything, she constantly sleeps or sits next to me. she will follow me around the house but she is SUPER MELLOW. my chihuahuas are the same except they are seniors, but they will also run around in the yard where as she does not. she will find a spot and plop down. now i am beginning to think she may have problem with her back legs? ![]() ![]() ![]() also for reference she is estimated to be around 4/5 years old Last edited by besamexo; 11-18-2016 at 01:06 PM. |

| ![]() The only advice I would give is to take her to a vet and her checked out. I hope everything turns up negative.

| ![]() Not sure about the legs, it sounds like it might be genetic, or maybe lack of early proper nutrition? Though with the tiredness/ laziness I agree I would take her to the vet. It could be Fromm hypothyroidism. In the past have they run a thyroid panel? If not, I would ask to have her thyroid tested. |

| ![]() You could have the vet check them but if she's not having issues it's probably ok.
