| ![]() Hi! My little teacup Shakira has had a tinny sore below her right eye for a month now. I have clean it and cure it with neosporin but it doesn't seem to heal. The little sore leaks blood and since Yorkies have so much hair it get in her hair and forms like a lump. Please anyone has had same issue before? Need help and I don't have the money to take to the vet right now. |

| ![]() Is she scratching it or rubbing it in the carpet ? With it bleeding, she really needs to see a vet as it could be a cancer that without the proper treatment could spread to the point of no return. Prayers to you both. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | ![]() If this is an infection or abscess, she could *very* easily lose her eye, a surgery that will cost WAY more than if you just take her to the vet for her eye right now. PLEASE take her to the vet. If you cannot, then please surrender her to a yorkie rescue so she can get the care she deserves.

| ![]() This is really serious, and going on for a month, PLEASE get this precious baby to the vet, or as Wylie's Mom suggested, surrender her to a yorkie rescue for the medical care she needs NOW, if you cannot afford to medically care for her.

Look into Care Credit. They do fast approvals over the phone. Then talk to your vet's office about how they handle Care Credit. Each office is a little different, but most offer interest free financing for 6 - 24 months. There are also some offices that offer low cost dentals. Do some research in your area and talk to your vet.

| ![]() Do you have a spay and neuter clinic around you? They do way more then that, their is always a vet on staff and they would be more then happy to help you. I was bring my babies to the vet I love far from them, it was not a check up and they told me save the time and money and go to the spay and neuter clinic. They do much more.. It supreme the vet wanted to save me money... I was also surprised by how much they do at those clinic. Or a shelter with a vet would also help. Everyone goes though roughy times, it is ok. Even pet co. And pet smarts has special days for free vet advice. Hope your baby get better soon. If need be you can also do a (go fund me). |
