| That's the one we use... just when the fleas show up... we've got one sensitive skinned boy that reacted badly with a few of the other drops.. Advantix II didn't cause him a problem... but, again, we only use it when it's needed rather than routinely... parts, most, of the year here, there are no fleas to speak of outside. |

| I use frontline for both of mine. I asked my vet what I should use and she said frontline is the best even though she's technically not supposed to recommend any brand. ive heard good things about Advantix too though. |

| Wondercide. And sometimes Rose Geranium essential oil on their collars. All natural and effective for my 5 poochies! |

| I've used Revolution since my baby could have the treatment, which was pretty much at a very young age/weight, as they come in 0-5lbs. I like it because it about covers everything, even heartworm. It's very pricey but my vet takes price comparisons, so I at least get it for a little bit less.

| I was using Stronghold but when a tick was found my vet suggested Nexgard and that's what I have been using for a while now with no problems. I have two Yorkies |

| I use nexguard and love it! All the topicals we're so messy and my girl reacted poorly to them.

Honey and Fiona were on Revolution, but i don't believe it covers all ticks, esp the deer ticks- which is the cause of why Fiona is now passed but i liked it due to it being heartworm preventative too.

| I gave our Lab, Honey nextgard about 2 weeks ago, and i felt like she was scratching herself even more than usual, and I still feel like she is licking at herself- did you notice that with your babies!?

| In my girl's case she's stays indoors alot and ticks are only bad around here if ya go into the woods or something, I also try to make it a habit to treat the yard with them flea/tick sprays as well, but we almost never have had ticks on our dogs before. I'm usually pushing her around in her stroller or carrying her in her bag/carrier too. I hear rose geranium oil is good to repel ticks naturally. You may want to give that a try
