| Does this sound like a collapsed trachea? (Video attached) He makes this noise after he drinks water. This time it went on for 30 seconds. http://youtu.be/L7NDJiG1YL4 <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/L7NDJiG1YL4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | It's sort of hard to hear...? It's so brief, that I'm really not sure...it doesn't sound too horribly bad though. Could be reverse sneezing too...have you listened to videos of that at all and does it sound similar?

| It sounds like maybe he gets water into his nose when he drinks and he's trying to blow it out. I believe symptoms of a collapsed trachea is dry cough but your baby is only doing a little sneezy-type sound. You can double check with your vet to make sure. He is adorable, by the way

| Hard to hear, but to me it sounds like it is coming from the nose, which would not be a trachea problem. My yorkie coughs after drinking, but the sound is definition coming from her throat and sounds like a cough. Yours also wiggled his nose so could he maybe get water in his nose when drinking? |
