Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I do and so does Jenny (mimimomo) We love it. I feed the freeze dried food to Galen. I have gone through lots of different types of food . He would eat for a month and then wouldn't eat. He has been consistently eating this for over a year now. And the freeze dried food is best. I pack it on trips. Add a little water and he is good to go ! Galen eats the Primal Duck, Turkey and Sardine, Lamb. I also give him the Stella and Chewy Surf and Turf, Pheasant, Rabbit and Venison. All freeze dried. All of Primals flavors are good ! I hope you try it. Let us know how it goes !

| Thanks for the reply Teri. I started Gizmo on this last week, but he still seems to be hungry after he eats. I called Primal's customer service line and found out I wasn't giving him enough so I increased it per her instructions. He still seems hungry or maybe he just likes it so much he wants more. Gizmo weighs 6 lbs and I want to maintain his weight so she recommended 3 nuggets per day. Do you mind telling me how much your babies weigh and how much you feed them? |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I feed Wylie (8-8.5lbs) 4 nuggets total per day. I feed Marcel and Pfeiffer (both around 4 lbs) 2 nuggets total per day. I feed our foster, Artie (6.5lbs), 2 nuggets per day + some kibble for each meal (bc I want whomever adopts him to still have the choice of kibble).

| Loll @ 1st, they acted like they were starving...it will get better. I split their meals into 3, every 6 hrs. Turbo is 6#'s & to maintain his weight, he gets 3.75 nuggets a day. I weigh them on a baby scale once a month.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Wylie always acts like he is starving...that's just him. Also, he has Cushings, and that's a typical thing to see...even if/when cortisol is controlled. My others don't still seem hungry.

| Thank you all for responding to me. I have noticed that after Gizmo eats he sometimes makes this noise with his nose like it's stuffed. Not sure how else to explain it. I'll try to get a video. It doesn't happen all the time just sometimes. I thought it was because he was eating too fast so now I give him half of the portion and then 10 minutes the other half. Any thoughts? |

| I fed the raw variety of this brand & my girl got sick. Had to take her to the vet. Nothing else had changed in her diet so the vet said it was the food. They guarantee their food but it took over a year for me to get a refund. I then tried the freeze dried & that worked better but she quit eating that. |
