At my wits end and running out of food options

The other thing you mentioned, does she want your table food? You said she was looking at someones plate. I know this sounds odd but maybe she wants to eat with you, like you do. I find these dogs can be pretty quirky. Jess sure is although not about food..
I don't mean to give her the table food but maybe her food when you eat and she eats with you so she thinks she is getting the same thing. I know someone once who had a similar problem and put their pup in a highchair (don't laugh) placed the bowl on the highchair table and let the dog eat with them. Worked like a charm. I don't know, just a thought.

Hey I'll try it! No I've never given her any table food but she does like variety.im just afraid of switching her too much and giving her up set. Om goodness I just reread my posts too and I said "i" chewed off the string and swallowed it!

As to the eating at the table, she just may think shes a person and saying "hey why am I eating off the floor"?? lol you never know with these little guys..

She likes BOILED carrot.....so when I did I also threw some kibble in the water when the carrot was done and dipped it right out. Just moist not soggy. Smashed some carrots and mixed it together. She loved it! I also did the same with the kibble and mixed in low fat cottage cheese and she ate that too. I also had some pumpkin left and dipped the kibble in carrot jc and mixed that up and she ate that too! Now what thu?!?!?!!

Simply Nourish (Petsmart's premium line) canned foods are similar in consistency to Weruva...they have shredded meat and some are pretty soupy if you get the bisque style ones...they have a chicken bisque one that has a whole, boiled quail egg in it which Toki devoured! We've fed a couple varieties of the stew kind too.

Also Nature's Recipe has little single serving tubs that are shredded...they are on sale at Petsmart for $1 a tub right now...we stocked up on the grain-free chicken and duck ones to use as a topper/mix-in.

I love using TikiDog which is excellent, especially if you can find a good deal but kind of pricey to feed full-time.

We've also fed the Fromm shredded kind that you mentioned...it's been a while since we used it but I remember that it had a lot of liquidy/thick brothy stuff in the can...really easy to mix with kibble.

Is tiki dog canned chunky or mushy.

Tikidog is shredded and the vegetables are easy to see. Some of the tuna based ones don't have as big of shreds and are "mushier" but nowhere near a ground pâté style. The formulas pretty much look exactly like the pictures on their website...excellent food! We just used our last can in out stash today

You can find it at most specialty/independent stores...the only chain store I've seen it at is Pet Supplies Plus...When they decided to discontinue carrying it and clear out their stock, I got a ton of large cans there for $1.25 a can!!! It's normally between $4 and $5 a can so of course I bought every single one they had! Different PSP carry different premium brands so you might try looking there if you have one of those stores near you. If you order online at Chewy's, you can get them for a little under $4 a can (still pricey for us since I feed a lot of wet food...I'm a canned food fiend and always keep my eyes peeled for good deals!).
