Yup, this is what I was going to say. If it's only in one eye, then I'd get that kiddo checked out.

It may happen only after walks bc of air/wind and added pollen irritation.

I made an appt for her. It's really bothering me that it only happens at a certain time and that she has been scratching a lot.

Several years ago I had a sheltie that ended up having to have one of her eyes removed. The vet said that the eye could have been saved if only I had reacted quicker and instead of just watching it, had taken her in at the first sign of a problem. Guilt from something like that never goes away. I'm glad you have opted for the vet!
