| Leaking yorkie? My little Yorkie, Tawny, leaks when she sleeps in the day. She is house broken and would never go in the house. She is 18 months old and started to have this problem about two months ago. I can not think of anything that would bring this on. She does not leak in her kennel at night or when we leave her home for 2 or 3 hours. She will even leak on our lap if she falls asleep. Sometimes it's bad enough her side will be wet. Does anyone have this problem? How can we help her? I hope she will grow out of it! |

| Did the vet check her over for a possible UTI? That's where I would start...

| I agree. Sounds like a medical issue to me. I would schedule a vet visit. Good luck!

| She is a healthy Yorkie. She was to the vet about four months ago and had all the tests and all were good. We will take her back to the vet! One other thing, she is the Yorkie that was caged for a year before we bought her by Courtash Kennels, KORY FEICK. |

| My Gina did this but at an older age. It occurs sometimes after they have been spayed. She was given a med that tightened the spincture. Stopped the leaks.
