| Royal Canine What are everyones thoughts on Royal Canine breed specific dog food? I know that it is not very popular on the dog food analysis websites but my babies absolutely love it. It is very expensive. $35.00 for 10lbs. |

| I've used Royal Canin for about 8 years. I love it! My Dogs love it, and they are very healthy! Coats, teeth, body structure, and general health is super! I've used other so called good brands in the past, and coats were nasty, and low blood sugar in babies. It would take something extra special to get me to change!! |

| Royal Canin is "recommended" by dogfoodadvisor.com. It's not the highest recommendation, but it's still quite good. If your dog is doing well on RC, there is no compelling reason to change. |

| I feed two with this food. Beautiful long coats, perfect blood works, no issues.

I have fed RC for over 25 years! Same as Deb above....great coats, skin, teeth, and the dogs love it....I am trying to think if I have ever had a dog that would NOT eat RC.....I can not think of one! Even if something special came along, unless my dogs started having issues with RC, I would not even change for "something extra special"!!!!! (Besides, that "Extra Special Some Kind of Something" would probably be recalled within a week of ,my dogs getting on it!) Last edited by Yorkiemom1; 06-27-2013 at 04:32 PM. | |

| I've tried several other foods, but RC is the only kibble my picky boy will eat.

| I went to RC about three months ago. Deuce loves it and his finicky digestive system is calm. I am elated. I also use it as his treats and he will do anything for it . . . except take a bath!!!!!

| RC is what ZoE's been eating since she was a 6 week old puppy. She's now 2 1/2 and has done great on it.
