| Benadryl Creme Is ok to apply Benadryl creme/ointment to bug bites on my little girl? She is 4yrs old and I'm pretty sure she & I both have some chigger bites on us. Not flea bites. She only has a couple on her tummy. Thank you, Janice |

| Good question. I don't know the answer to that one, lol. Might want to put a call in to your vet, or just give her the Benedryl liquid orally.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | It'd be safe as long as she doesn't lick it (even then, it may be no big deal to lick, but since I don't know for sure - I'd say only put it in areas she can't reach). They also make Benadryl 'sticks' that contain a liquid with a little sponge tip - this is more readily absorbed into the skin as compared to the cream.
