How do you organize health records?

Mine do. They list the type of shot at the top, then move down the little boxes under the shot type and put an X in when she gets it, and date it- with her weight beside it. I really like having it. That's why it's separate from the rest of the drawer-LOL!

Each of mine have a 3 ring binder. I have every thing in it that has to do with them. Most current is on top.

IF by some chance they ever have to go to the ER, I grab the Binder and take with me, so I have all the info I need.

I need to get mine in order so if something should happen, I am able to do that, too! Great advice! Thanks Vicki!

You guys are way too organized for me! I wish I were better at it. An ER trip for me would mean grab that shot record and dump the drawer contents into a bag.

I'll try to organize it better, I feel motivated now! Great ideas!

Each of ours has a folder in our file cabinet, but I think I'm going to move to 3 ring binders bc I love the idea of sections. I used to keep an excel sheet for their vaccinations, but I fell behind since the vet keeps good track of this.
