Many dogs love lamb, and some don't - just a preference. It's a nice protein to try if you want some variety in your kiddo's diet. Just remember to always leave *some* novel protein sources untried, just in case you need novel proteins down the line bc of allergies or whatnot.

| I'm fortunate to have access to organic lamb and include lamb's liver in my raw dog food. Lamb is good, especially organic! |

| One of my mom's previous pups wouldn't eat anything but lamb and rice food. Other than a severe allergy to grass, Misty was probably the healthiest of all the girls Mom had over the years.

| A couple of my dogs don't do as well on lamb and it gives them gas, so we don't feed anything with lamb anymore. My dogs like poultry and foul based foods best (duck, chicken, turkey).
