| I was recently reading up on hypoglycemia and an article said that if you don't have nutrical on hand you can mix mini marshmellows in with his food to make sure his sugar is high enough. Maybe the vet suggested this because he was worried about your dog's blood sugar levels? |

| Marshmellows are so sticky and if he even eats them, they will get all stuck in his face hair...put Honey Nut Cherrios or Fruit Loops in their food....but if their sugar drops, they wont be eating....Always have NutraCal on hand! |

| I won't even eat marshmallows! There are too many things on the ingredient list that I can't identify and that sound like chemicals. Marshmallows are a highly processed food that humans and dogs shouldn't eat. Now, do I make myself some S'mores a couple times a year? Of course! But I wouldn't let myself eat something that processed on any routine basis. But I'm a health nut, and that's just me. But a dog really shouldn't eat marshmallows, like, ever. Marshmallows have weird properties. You don't want the marshmallows to expand or not break apart within your dog's tiny gut. Choose treats that have a short list of ingredients that you are familiar with. NEVER choose treats that are made China. I stick with treats that are made in the USA, Canada or Europe. I use freeze dried beef liver treats made in Canada. There's only one ingredient--freeze dried beef liver. Every dog I've tried them on loves them. |

| Where can I find yorkie yummies. I think that is the little treats I ordered from a member but can't seem to find the info. My 4 year old has suddenly blown up and her weight is worrying me. I think treats may be my issue.

| LOL...I don't even let my 8 year old son eat marshmallows, unless it's a special occasion (like over a campfire making smores). I microwave a yam, peel the skin off & then cut it into little cubes to use as treats. Yoshi LOVES those. I mash the leftover yam & mix it with lean, cooked & rinsed ground beef and use it to stuff his Kong. That keeps him entertained for a good hour. Another thing he loves is celery. Weird right? I give him a stalk & he uses it like a bully stick. It makes a huge mess, but he loves it so much that it's totally worth it.
