Why don't you try a little dab of Nutri-Cal on your finger as a treat? Or a Nutri-Cal Soft Chew? Nutri-Cal is sweet (at least it smells sweet to me) & is MUCH healthier than a marshmallow. I don't mean to disrespect your vet, but it's might be worth a try.
