| I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I think it smells great too. I used to gag when I fed my past dogs their food, especially canned. RC really smells so fresh!

| I agree that this kibble has a nice smell to it and does not make the dogs stink. I'm back to feeding home cooked food 95% of the time but winston and Teddy still eat the RC when I'm tight on time. I'm planning to keep it around for training treats and for times when I'm on vacation (kibble is easier for petsitters).

| I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Of course, I have! Lol, it was an accident, I carried a small bowl of kibble and a small bowl of nuts into the bedroom and took what I thought was a nut. It was the kibble! I think it tasted like boiled bones. A little like chicken stock that is more bone than chicken. Not to worry though, dogs need the bones and since dogs taste with their nose because they don't have the taste buds like we do; they think it's really yummy.

| I have been feeding Blue Buffalo Basics as treats or snack for my girls. I got the one for sensitive tummies. They mainly eat home cooking. Mikki leaves the tiny pieces all over my house. It drives me nuts. I recently purchased RC to try. Mikki really liked it too! As far as quality control, my feeling is RC was the better choice. We have not had problems with either one. It may boil down to which your pup prefers.

| I just got my puppy last week. I was either going to feed blue buffalo or royal canin. Didn`t know which. Vet recommended royal canine since she only weighs 1.89 pounds. She absolutely loves it. |

| Thank you all. I haven't tried either, but picked up another 5 lb bag of Science Diet to get us through for awhile. |
