| Since raw isn't an option (which is perfectly ok) then don't let the vet push the rx food on you. I think most people here agree that it is just money in their pockets and the food is not that wonderful. I did use it for 21 days until Zoey was back to normal but there was no way I would continue buying that stuff. Good luck with your choice and remember it is YOUR choice and hoping little Pnut gets through this easily. Cherie

| Yup. You can just say that while the min fat and protein percentages are listed, you would like to know the max. This is esp important for companies that are not very consistent.

It is really hard for me ( and I think the Vet) to know what caused this- I believe he is sure that it has been the junk foods over the past years, along with the Texas Toothpicks- I know he has been on Acana now for 3 years, the Vet wasn’t too concerned with the food when I told him. Now I think the best thing to do would be get him on a good % and leave it at that-
