| ![]() Lollll I'm obsessed with my boys! You're so not alone, Latte is a doll baby all tucked in. In the middle of the night I don't check if my DH is covered and warm, I check to see if my boys are!! Wouldn't have it any other way! Xox Viv

| ![]() Did you buy Tilapia and/or Salmon dog food? ...or are you saying you bought the fish and made the dog food yourself? My babies were fragile for a little while -- quite a while ago -- but I can't seem to get away from making custom food for them. I think their diet would be better with quality dry dog food, but have spoiled them, and am having trouble getting them back to regular dry. Trying to decide whether to continue custom diet, or really push commercial diet. |

| ![]() Our yard is too large and backs up to a woods so we have all kinds of animals, even a deer once. My son built a fence around our patio for our first little Yorkie, Dee Dee who we lost to cancer. I still can't move her chew bones or bowls. It was cute our patio is very large but we had to put a large artifical green grass rug down for her because when I took her on a leash in the front yard or for a walk, she naturally went to the grass. I miss her so much. BJ is completely different but too young to go out in OHIO weather so we use the pads. |

| ![]() Oh, quickly, you said she had been two times to he vet. BJ has been two times and they gave me a schedule of four more visits then they said it would be once a year for shots and worm tests, etc etc etc. Vets must love puppies. |

| ![]() I thought it was a requirement to be neurotic about these little boogers. lol I like to get my 2 "ready for bed" each night by having them jump up on me on the sofa on a pillow in my lap with the lights turned down low for a little while, then they go into their pen when I go to bed. Hubby goes to bed, he knows it's mommy and babies time together. lol

| ![]() I do buy frozen tilapia and salmon and poach it for her. I cook the sweet potato, too. I wanted (and tried) to use a dry dog food as well, but that contributed to her allergies (We think). She loves the new duck jerky! I would like to cook up some sweet potato chips for her to munch on, too. We're only a few days into the Mommy Cooks It Diet, but she is not scratching her armpits! She still likes to lick her feet, but she always did that before she naps, so some of it I think is a "comfort" thing for her. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | ![]() Soooo...just asking/wondering over here....um, why is a thread asking about whether or not you consider yourself a neurotic pet owner only TWO PAGES LONG? Is this YorkieTalk? Or am I at the wrong forum? Is this another dimension? This thread should be one of the longest ones on YT ![]() Btw, that pic of your baby - Latte's Mom? What a button! She is incredible.

| ![]() I know! It should be longer, huh? Latte is so much happier now that her diet is changed. I hope that in a month I can try her oatmeal and peanut butter cookies. I know she really misses them. She does like duck jerky, though. And here's an odd one! I sliced baby carrots very thin and put a bit of peanut butter on them and made little "sandwiches. She likes them!! Now, here's a lady who needs to get a life!! Here is Latte with her Lambie! |

That little snack you invented? Could be genius. Mine LOVE baby carrots, but I do worry about choking. Great idea to slice them thin. And then add PB...mine would love it. This reminds of a previous idea...I think it came from 107barney, but I'm not for sure on that. The idea is to buy/use crinkle cut carrots from the frozen section - they're much softer than a baby carrot, and they're pre-cut and all that.

| ![]() She does have a sweet face! I am going to try the frozen carrots. The little carrot peanut butter "sandwiches" I make are about a half inch long. She is missing a lot of teeth. I think her duck jerky is too hard, so I soak it it boiling water and cut it into little pieces. Oh, no, *not spoiled* at all!! |
