| Hi everyone.. I'm new to the forum and have a few questions.. My baby girl is on heat..She has started to bleed today and her vulva is really swollen. I've read a lot of threads and other websites about it, but couldn't find any info about changes with regards to food. Bella is a fussy eater by rule, but since yesterday is refusing to eat anything.. she doesn't seem even interested in the most yummy treats.. I've given her some chicken and chicken liver and she has eaten a tiny bit today, but was not interested, and usually she would go crazy for it. Does it have anything to do with the heat period or should a get worried?? I'll be calling my vet tomorrow morning, but would love to have an input from owners on their personal experience as well. xx Suzi and Bella xx |
