Bella is a fussy eater by rule, but since yesterday is refusing to eat anything.. she doesn't seem even interested in the most yummy treats..
I've given her some chicken and chicken liver and she has eaten a tiny bit today, but was not interested, and usually she would go crazy for it.
Does it have anything to do with the heat period or should a get worried??
I'll be calling my vet tomorrow morning, but would love to have an input from owners on their personal experience as well.

Sometimes a female in heat may act a bit more nervous when in heat. She should not stop eating though. You do need to watch for infection. Females can contract a disorder called pyometra during a heat cycle. It is a bacterial infection of the uterus that is deadly if not caught in time. Symptoms include loss of appetite and fever. Watch her closely and get her to the vet if you you suspect anything unusual. I almost lost a 6 month old female in heat to this .
