Book To Record Vaccinations, Etc. In?

The breeder of 3 of my Yorkies gave me an accordion folder with their records. It included a letter , their parents background and AKC registration and all the pictures and documentation from the day they were born, including shots.

Me too...I have all 4 of my babies records from day one...Even my cats.

I also make photo albums for all of them...I love showing off all my babies.

They really do. I bought one of there small first aids kits and keep it in Callie's bag I take when we go out.

This is what I do as well- I prefer it because I can keep track of everything they have ever had done- quickly look back at old blood work to get accurate numbers, etc. I put a little post it flag thing on the most current vaccine papers and then take it off when it is no longer current. This way I still have all the records, but it is easy to find the most requested docs.

I went and got Riley's 3-ring binder, at lunch, in his Favorite "Blue" Color!!

I got a plastic divider to put in it... will put his breeder papers and contract, etc. behind the divider and then all of the receipts I have so far. I'm now thinking I will get some plastic sheets and little tabs and divide it all out by year. I'll only need 1 right now.

I don't know where she got it, but one of my co-workers gave me a record keeping book for Christmas last year. I love it. It has a different section for vet records, immunizations, emergency phone numbers etc...It sort of reminds me of the baby books I have for my skin kids. It has a place to record weight, reason for vet visits, etc. When I am home I will look to see who it is made by.

Ohhh...I meant I would only need one plastic clear tabbed divider sheet if I also divide the vet receipts by year cause he is only 1-year old.... LOL!! =)
