This is what I do as well- I prefer it because I can keep track of everything they have ever had done- quickly look back at old blood work to get accurate numbers, etc. I put a little post it flag thing on the most current vaccine papers and then take it off when it is no longer current. This way I still have all the records, but it is easy to find the most requested docs.
