| My Yorkie's left ear dropped Hello, i have a problem with my yorkie's left ear.... http://www.ct200hforum.com/forum/ima...lies/frown.gif My yorkie is 2 months old and he had both of his ears up for about two weeks. Today i've noticed that the tip of his left ear dropped... is there a possible problem with his ears??? A friend told me that might have happend because he is growing his baby teeth... Is this true? |

| I was told that they need a little more calcium and to give a little cottage cheese. This advise was not given by a vet so take it with a grain of salt. |

| My Calvin is 20 months and he has 1 ear up and 1 ear partially down. Yes they ears can droop when they are teething.

| I have one female, both ears are up, i male both ears floppy, another female up and down, and then Calvin with his ears. It just depends on the dog.

| I say teething. Jeds did the same. I tried the cottage cheese but he really didn't like it and wouldn't eat it. I trimmed the hair on the outer part of his ears and it helped but when the teething was over they perked back up. His would be one ear one day and maybe the next day it would be the other. Now both of them are up. I think they are cute when they have one flopped over one though. |
