| well Neko got his teeth taken out today the experience at the vet was great but I hated leaving him he doesn't seem to be in any pain but he does have pain meds. He doesn't start taking them until the morning. Well he has his teeth fixed and I didn't break the bank to do it. A total expense of 190.00 |

| Glad everything went well and Neko seems to be doing well. Poor Hot Rod had 14 teeth removed when he was neutered at 6 1/2 mos. He had double rows of teeth.

| It would be <$400 here for a dental, baby teeth extractions, pain meds, Iso, Propofol, IV fluids, hospitalization, and blood work. This wouldn't include xrays because they are baby teeth (don't absolutely have to do them when they aren't adult teeth although it's a good idea). $600-$1200 is perfectly acceptable for dental work, but that is more for adult teeth, xrays, sealants, periodontal disease, etc.
