| ![]() Funny you say that, he will NOT eat the green part. I can give it to him he'll chew and spit it out. "Alright momma, where is the good stuff?" If I give him a big piece of lettuce whites, he prances around to his tent to hide with his "bone." I won't see him until he's done and wants another piece.

My little Bella was diagnosed with pancreatitis after getting really sick, which was one of the worse days of my life! So, I, like others, am trying to find some alternative treats for my pup. I did try the slicing of the ID canned food, and baking it, but it never got 'crisp'. Can you tell me more specifically how to cook them and what the consistency should be, please? Also, where should I store them? Cabinet or frig, and for how long are they 'good'? Also....if anyone can help me with this too.....I have tried to question the vet office as to how long the canned ID is good for in the frig since I only give her a small amount mixed with water and put it on her kibble for breakfast, but they couldn't give me an answer. Thank you for any and all help you can provide me. carrie | |
