| Carsick baby! Teddy is very happy all the time but when I try to take him anywhere in the car he throws up after about twenty minutes. He starts off drooling a lot and his whole beard gets soaked and then eventually he starts gagging and throws up. If its a longer ride he will throw up more than once. I was told to give him some benadryl but i dont know if thats a good idea? does anyone know how i can take him with me without the mess? I hate leaving himat home alone for so long but Ive been left with no choice because i hate seeing him feel so sick! please post any suggestions thanks! |

| Peawee would get car sick at first, but he finally got use to it. He likes to stick his face in the vent and I have to make sure that it doesn't get to warm in the car for him. If the drooling starts again roll down your window for just a minute. It should help.

How old is your baby? I had a yorkie that outgrew getting car sick. But, it was only when we would go through the mountains on our way home. I would always go to the vet before we would go and get motion sickness pills. He only did this as a puppy. Sorry I wish I could be of more help. Hopefully it will be something that he will outgrow as well.

| When Dudley was young he got car sick. I read somewhere that it wasn't really from the car but they were so nervous it makes them sick( I'm not sure I buy this.) Anyway I got him a chewy rawhide stick and a blanket and gave him the chewy when we took off. He chewed on it all the way and never got sick again. So it worked for him. |

| My Puppy Zoe used to get sick when she went in the car. She is 10 weeks now and has been doing better. Hope your baby gets over that. Zoe seems to do better when someone is holding her or else in her purse. Good Luck... |
