| In my experience a lot of vets don't provide accurate opinions of foods. Saddly many times a vet has promotional things from these big name brands, even though they are full of by-products, fillers and corn. It's sad, but the only way to get a good opinion is talk to someone with a nutrition background, take a course yourself, or find honest sales people who truely care about the nutrition of you dogs. The sad fact is some vets don't care what you feed becaues it gets you back in the door with more problems they get paid to fix (and these are the types of vets you should avoid) That being said, there have been some good posts on here recommending an alternative... In terms of puppy poo amounts, Harley poos 2-4 times a day, but some are really little, and it depends on exercise amounts too.
