| This thread is so helpful and quite amusing! Thought it was time to bring it to the top again, especially because I need some reminders.

Yorkie Yakker | Thank goodness... and here I thought there was something seriously wrong with my Bella... she loves her poop almost more than her food. Lol. She also tries to hide the poop from me... strange? I've also heard that a dog in a smaller place will more than likely 'eat' his poop than a dog in a bigger space. Is that true? |

| Maybe I should start over and try the pineapple again. Max has his sneakiness down to a science. He waits until he knows I'm occupied and runs off to have an "accident" when I'm not paying attention (which could be right after we go for a long walk!

This is Chase too! I think I've tried everything. We did the pineapple thing a couple years ago, and about 2 weeks in I think it was helping since for the first time he actually would leave the poo occasionally. I was so excited! Then after about a week, he would throw up 15-30 minutes after having his pineapple. He did it 3 days in a row, so I didn't give it for a week. He was fine (and back to eating all the poo), so I tried it again and he threw up. Ugh! I haven't tried it again since. Last year, after cleaning up the WORST vomit that was mostly poo he had eaten, I tried the Solid Gold SEP. I did what the container said, and even emailed the company and talked to them about giving him the double amount as it was safe. I went through 3 containers (4 months I think) and it never made a difference. I give it to both Chase and Calvin since Chase will eat both of their poo. Most of the time on my days off I can get to it before he does since I watch him like a hawk! On my work days there is ALWAYS some poo crumbs on the pad. We take them out for a walk before we leave and he will go, but there is still poo. Last weekend I had a friend over to watch them during the day since we were going to be gone 16 hours. She didn't watch them closely and he had eaten all the poo for that day (which is normally 3 for Calvin and 2-3 for Chase). About an hour after we got home, he threw up the first time, then again 2 more times. It was SO gross, and I know it was from all the poo that day. I wish we could get him to not eat it....Any ideas or suggestions? They do get a treat for going poo (just not when Chase eats it). | |

| My dog won't eat the chunks, but he loves the crushed. I just started Sunday. He's 10 pounds. I give him 2 teaspoons with his food twice a day. Am I wasting my time? |
