| Nulo dog food? Hi! I came across this website for Nulo http://nulo.reachlocal.net/about.aspx and wondered if anyone has tried it. I think it's new, I can't find anything about it on dogfoodanalysis.com. I emailed them and asked if they sent samples, and they do not. How does this look to you? |

| It looks like a decent food It's a little grain heavy for my liking, but I think the ingredients are pretty good... no corn, by products, etc.

That's what I was thinking, but I have tried foods with grains and foods without, and haven't noticed a difference with Chase. I stuck with Orijen and Acana the longest, but he didn't like them, and I wanted a food he would like and be happy eating without anything mixed in. Right now he's eating Prairie, and we have tried Instinct, Wellness, Merricks, and Life's Abundance. I also got a ton of samples from other companies, and he seems to like TOTW, so I may try that. I would like to get a food both dogs can eat. The Acana (blue bag) was too hard for Calvin to chew, and I couldn't even break the pieces in half. Calvin seems to like the TOTW too, but I just got him the Innova puppy food because of a free bag coupon I had. Hopefully I can get him off the RC YT puppy food, I don't like that it has corn in it, but it's all he would eat at first and he was so small. Of course Chase begs for this food | |

| Thanks for discussing Nulo, and for caring what you feed your beloved Yorkie. We would be glad to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have about our menu of foods. Although we don't offer samples, we do offer free shipping -- direct to your door -- on your first order, and a 100% unconditional guarantee. If your doggie doesn't like, we'll refund your money, no questions asked. We're advocates for nutrition, health and wellness for dogs and cats (and we understand you hear this all the time from many, and are probably a bit cynical -- so that's okay). Our proprietary foods are made in the midwestern United States -- formulated by arguably the leading pet food nutritionist in the industry -- and shipped fresh to your door. (The average foods -- even super-premium brands -- are some nine to 18 months old before they reach store shelves.) We also offer a free, easy-to-use weight loss and management plan at www.nulo.com. Our goal is to help your pet reach and maintain an ideal weight so as to improve his or her quality of life. You're welcome to contact us at 888-400-NULO (6856), via live chat at www.nulo.com, or support@nulo.com. We look forward to starting up a conversation. Kindly, your friends at Nulo |
